I have grown up my whole life with cats. In my opinion, these furry little feline creatures make wonderful pets. With today's busy lifestyles, one has to appreciate the cat's independant nature.

Our pet cat "Q" has been with us since she was 6 weeks old and she is now pushing 8 "human" years. When we were picking her from the other kittens in the litter, we weren't sure if we were making a mistake because she was so shy and not as playful as the other kittens. Since that day, we have never looked back. She is so docile and friendly and seems to have a calming effect on the whole family.
